Hailey Bruckner
A rising star in commercial and administrative law, Hailey Bruckner joined the firm in 2018 after earning top marks at Osgoode Hall. She has a diverse litigation practice, with an emphasis on civil litigation, commercial disputes, public, and administrative law.
A committed believer in access to justice, Hailey volunteered as a lead caseworker in administrative law at Osgoode’s Community and Legal Aid Services Program, providing advice and representation for low-income clients facing legal issues related to disability support, criminal injury, human rights, and tenancy. Hailey also acts as counsel to the Commissioner of the City of Hamilton’s Red Hill Valley Parkway Inquiry.
