Intellectual Property
Our lawyers have a deep understanding of the complex, fast-changing landscape of intellectual property. We litigate patent, copyright, and trademark disputes, and we also appreciate the role that litigation plays in a client’s larger business objectives. We develop thoughtful, practical and nuanced strategies that serve our clients’ needs while navigating the intersection between intellectual property and new technologies. We have worked with a range of leading global organizations on these matters, and regularly achieve excellent results for our clients everywhere from the Federal Court to private arbitrations.
