Catherine Fan

Catherine Fan joined Paliare Roland as an associate after clerking for the judges of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Catherine brings sharp focus and analysis to her work advising employees, trade unions, and organizations, and commonly acts on workplace and public law issues before administrative tribunals and the courts. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where she teaches Legal Research & Writing.
Catherine graduated with honours from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she won prizes for oral advocacy in the Gale Cup moot, and academic prizes in areas including labour and employment, civil liberties, and constitutional law.
