Deanna Watters
Deanna Watters is a senior law clerk, focused primarily on corporate and commercial litigation. She has experience in all phases of the litigation process, with exceptional expertise in the area of e-discovery. This includes utilizing e-discovery review platforms and document identification/management through to production, often for multi-party matters. This allows Deanna to play an integral role in some of the firm’s most complex and high-stakes litigation cases.
Deanna has expertise in civil litigation and is recognized as a certified civil litigation expert by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. She is also a member of Women in eDiscovery, a non-profit organization that provides women in the legal industry with technology education and leadership opportunities.
