Evan Snyder

Evan Snyder has a diverse practice with a focus on civil and commercial litigation. Evan acts for individuals, corporations and institutional clients across a range of practice areas, and has worked on complex class proceedings, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, mortgage disputes and investor loss cases.
Evan is committed to providing pro bono legal services, and is proud of his work assisting individuals who have fallen victim to fraud and unfair consumer practices.
Evan joined Paliare Roland after working as a summer student and articling student at the firm. As a law student, Evan worked at the Queen’s Legal Aid clinic and received awards for his advocacy in moot court competitions.

Spina v. Shoppers Drug Mart Inc.: Represented a class of pharmacist franchisees against their franchisor in connection with disputed payments from pharmaceutical companies and franchisor fees and practices (2023 ONSC 1086; 2024 ONCA 642).
