Gordon Capern is a senior partner and a leader of the firm’s corporate and commercial litigation practice. Gordon acts for a range of significant stakeholders in complex matters, and is valued by clients for his strategic approach in bringing them forward to resolution.
Consistently recognized by Chambers, Lexpert, Benchmark Litigation, and Best Lawyers, Gordon has acted as counsel in numerous high-profile commercial disputes. He is a director of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers.
