Nick Coleman

Nick Coleman’s administrative law and civil litigation practice has earned him praise from clients for his critical insight, sound judgment and keen sense of humour. Even in adversarial legal proceedings, he is highly regarded by opposing counsel for his dedication to the practical resolution of disputes.
Nick’s particular expertise includes union-side labour law and professional discipline, and he acts as prosecuting counsel for regulatory bodies governing Ontario’s pharmacists, nurses and dental surgeons. He has also appeared before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Crown Employees Grievance Settlement Board, the Ontario Public Service Labour Relations Tribunal, and boards of arbitration.
