Shawna Leclair

Shawna Leclair joined Paliare Roland as an associate after working as both a summer and an articling student at a leading national firm. Shawna has a growing litigation practice, working on civil, commercial, employment and public legal matters. She previously served as counsel to the Commissioner of the City of Hamilton’s Red Hill Valley Parkway Inquiry. At Queen’s University Law School, Shawna volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, worked as a student caseworker at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic and received recognition as an oralist in the Davies Corporate Securities Moot. Shawna won the course prize for achieving the highest standing in Advanced Corporate Law.
